Love Through Education
Part of our commitment through our Love Beyond Borders program in Nepal, is to meet the immediate needs of the most impoverished, by providing food, water, clothing, medical attention, etc. Our other objective, which is also very important, is to provide them with an education. Education in Nepal is a privilege, which many families cannot afford for their children. For many poor families, it is only through charitable organizations like Love Beyond Borders, that children can get an education without the distractions of hunger, nakedness, sickness, and the like. Through our Nepali network, we have been able to identify the most neediest of children and get them enrolled in school! As you can see by the photos, the children sit on the floor, without desks and other much needed classroom amenities, required to foster learning. However, regardless of the difficult learning conditions, the children are thrilled to have the opportunity to learn! Thanks to our network of trusted Nepali representatives, we’re now making inroads here as well, by providing teachers and students with the tools they need to be successful, like a white board, education materials, paper, pencils, and so on! Our Nepali network, also helps us prioritize the needs, helping ensure 100% of the resources go to where they’re needed most.
